Soni is a consultant who works with individuals, groups, public service institutions and community agencies to facilitate the development of tools that focus on building inclusive platforms that incorporate strategy, design, wellness and art for transformative change. Sha has over 25 years of experience across government, non-profits, higher education, philanthropy, and policy think tanks. She specializes in strategic planning, equitable evaluation, project management, organizational development, policy analysis, research, and stakeholder engagement. Her expertise spans diversity, social inclusion, immigration, mental health, early childhood development, education, gender equity, arts- culture- heritage-management and Indigenous community partnerships.

With Roots & Rivers, Soni brings this experience to working with community organizations, government agencies, and foundations on strategic planning, policy development, and social impact initiatives.

Outside of work, she is dedicated to human rights advocacy and volunteers on numerous boards.
