Overview: Coquitlam Public Library (CPL) is a public library in the City of Coquitlam with two branches and the Library Link mobile library. CPL has a strong commitment to its community and serves a wide demographic providing specific services for children, teens, newcomers, and English language learners.
Output: Developed and facilitated multiple strategic planning sessions. Through these facilitations together with stakeholder engagement activities we co-created a 3-year strategic plan.
